It has been done both a doctrinaire and jurisprudential research and a research at the archives of the local Public Ministry, as well as at the archives of the local judiciary court. The data overview made possible to answer the problem indicated at the beginning of the job. If there were initiatives at the last decade, in order to look for the collective judiciary protection; if the legal legitimated organs have accomplished their role acting in defense of the diffuses; collectives and homogeneous interests; if the judiciary has corresponded positively in what matters class actions managed locally; if there have been effectiveness in judiciaries initiatives and this results in benefits desired.
