This Paper of Course Conclusion problematizes the social construction that incapacitates people with disabilities, and criates architectural project of a habilitation and rehabilitation center, located in the city of Rio Verde, interior of the State of Goiás. For it’s development was made bibliographic, census, geographic, geopolitical and architectural studies, in order to propose a strategic located equipment in relation to the existing health network in the territory.
