(􀂥oraceae) was observed during the hibernation (diapause) p􀀇 riod. In Curitiba, Paraná, Brazil, the A.gripusalis presents two generation in a year, winter generation and sum mer generation. The winter generation caterpillar hibernate during the 5th phase in a period of 158 to 163 days. The caterpillars, as a whole of 28 were confi ned in the Ficus stalk and grown up in laboratories and wei ghed 'at intervals of 20 days, since the beginning until last the period of hibernation.porAcesso AbertoArtigo
