The main goal of the assignment was to found at the place a communication office and assessment. Through a research of many authors and communication PhDs‟ books that tell us about the concepts of this subject – such as business communication, press office, press assessment, and health communication – we were able to base our Project in theory. We were also able to create activities and actions that were held at the hospital. Through that performance it was possible for us to identify the flaws at the communication system of MNSL. After the identification, we could create a Strategic Communication Plan. The aim of the plan was to define which strategies could be put in action in a short, medium or long term. We had always in mind that it was necessary to improve the communication process at the hospital and its connection with internal and external public.
