Enciclopédia Biosfera, Goiânia, v. 11, n. 20, p. 870-882, 2015.e- 1809-0583http://repositorio.bc.ufg.br/handle/ri/16948The reflections and readings taken in the discipline of Mathematics and Sciences Education in non-formal places of the master's program in Education in Sciences and Mathematics of Universidade Federal de Goiás were motivating for conceiving the investigation about the non-formal education at the soccer stadium Serra Dourada, substanciating the working up of this article. It's purpose is to speculate about the variaty of educational activities that can be developed in a non-formal place. Proposes, also, to number and understand the potencials that the room mencioned can offer to the teachers on the construction of curriculars knowledges and non-curriculars. The material was colected by visits to the stadium, guied by an employee, that gave signifcant informations about the place, it's history and physical specificities. The investigation led to the perception of the stadium as a room of non-formal education rich in elements that can allow the teacher of Basics Education to develop interdisciplinarys activits, through themes derived from the stadium facilities.
