The research has as general objective to analyze the litigation of women in the referred court and who they are according to the data made available by the labor justice. To fulfill the research objectives, a bibliographical and empirical research was carried out, using data provided by the Governance and Strategy Sector of the Regional Labor Court of the 18th Region.
