In this scenario, its users, besides consumers of information, become creators and disseminators, creating an aspect that reveals the break of a static model of communication, promoting a bilateral flow of information. In the face of this, events such as the Covid-19 pandemic end up becoming the focus of records of multiple natures. In this context, this article aims to perform an analysis using data mining solutions on the set of commentaries on publications on Covid-19 in the official profile of the Ministry of Health on Instagram.
