The technological revolution and the process of globalization have been emposing a new paradigm of knowledge. Knowledge is been defined as the link of action (know how to do it), use (know how to use it) and interaction (know how to communicate it). Educational reforms are expected, therefore, to be adequated to the new needy presented by this paradigm.
