Besides the increase of essential inputs, a electric energy, the challenge gets worse, when the actual energy supply contracts do not offer to consumer the option to choose their providers. In cases as universities, the right to contract energy supply decreases cost and can be used for institution benefit. The knowledge that can simplify management of resources are importan to reduce costs and relieve risks in a decision, mainly with highly consumers.
