The World Bank is responsible, most of the time, for its broadcasting, imposing premises by structural adjustment. The arguments that tries to jl1stify globalization as a concept are denied. The capitalism prodl1ces polarization between central and peripherícal countries, a process that divides world labor. Therefore, on peripherical countries, vocational education has its scientific basis loosing significance.porAcesso AbertoInteligência e contemporaneidadeArtigo
