For this, had been made analyses of theoretical referential and bibliographical research on workmanships of authors that approach this subject untiringly. It will be presented a historical briefing on the environment, the ambient problems that the planet faces, the definition of the term ambient sustainability and its importance for the future. The institutional communication will be defined, according the studied authors, and will be related to the environment theme and to the sustainability.
