It is a quantitative study, conducted by exploratory and descriptive research, applied to three public: students and teachers of the Federal University of Goiás and professionals working in Goiânia (GO). The collection technique was a questionnaire with closed questions. The results indicate that the use of open educational resources in professional terms, predominates among teaching public. As for the personal use were found different levels of interaction among the subjects of the librarian community object of the study and open educational resources.
