This experiment was accomplished to study the Aujeszky’s Virus Disease prevalence in sera of producing female swine from production systems providing the market at Goiânia. Blood samples were collected from 40 complete cycle swine production systems, in a total of 829 serum samples. The samples were subjected to ELISA test. The results showed that 811 (97.83%) samples were negative for the Aujeszky’s Virus Disease and 18 (2.17%) were also positive to this test and to the seroneutralization complementary test. It was observed that the positive samples came from the extensive production systems and the prevalence of 2.17% were confirmed by the seroneutralization test.porAcesso AbertoSuínoPseudo-raivaHerpesvírus suisELISASoroneutralizaçãoSwinePseudorabiesSeroneutralizationPrevalência da infecção pelo vírus da doença de aujeszky em matrizes de sistemas de produção que abastecem o mercado consumidor de GoiâniaPrevalence of aujeszky´s virus disease infection in females from production farms that provide the consumers of Goiania, BrazilArtigo
