Epileptic seizures canbe classified according to their etiology and place of onset into focal, generalized and onset ofunknown. Epilepsy can be accompanied by psychiatric comorbidities, such as depression,anxiety, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and autism spectrum disorder, suchcomorbidities can significantly affect the learning process of people with epilepsy, as well asadverse effects of anti-seizure medications. Therefore, the objective of this work is to exposethe impact of epilepsy on the learning process and academic development.
