This work/study is a comparison of the profile of murine antibodies in groups immunized with human IgG associated or not with adjuvants, using the Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) technique in the 28th and 40th days after immunization. The adjuvants evaluated in this work/study were the aluminium hydroxide and Freund’s adjuvant. The results showed that in 28th day the mice immunizad with adjuvants exhibited higher values of absorbance compared with the animals immunized without adjuvants. However, it was found that the murine immunized with aluminium hydroxide and Freund’s adjuvant showed similar values of optical density.
