It is only an illustrative presentation of the Noke Koĩ language containing only a part of the lexical items, specifically, part of the entries beginning with the letter “A”. The Noke Koĩ were known by the ethnonym Katukina, however, throughout our research, we learned that this ethnonym also referred to other indigenous groups (AGUIAR, 1994). The Noke Koĩ group is formed by approximately 845 persons, living in eight communities distributed in two indigenous areas: Terra Indígena do Campinas/Katukina and Terra Indígena do Rio Gregório, both on the Tarauacá municipality, in the state of Acre. The traditional area of the Noke Koĩ is the Terra Indígena do Rio Gregório, where there are two communities, Nomanáwa and Vokõya, according to Goes (2009). According to the indigenous people from Terra Indígena do Campinas, there are 173 persons in the locality of Rio Gregório.porAcesso AbertoLéxico Noke KoĩGrupo indígena KatukinaGramática Noke KoĩNoke Koĩ lexiconKatukina indigenous groupNoke Koĩ grammarProposta de dicionarização da língua Noke KoĩProposal for dictonarization of the Noke Koĩ languageArtigo
