As a basis to develop the study, we used the technical standard NBR 9050:2004, created to ensure adequate access for people with physical disabilities to buildings and facilities for public use. For the development of this study, information was collected in locus in three libraries through a roadmap with the criteria to be analyzed. The collected data have enabled the production of the diagnosis of the current situation of the accessibility of the physical space of the library.
