O presente ensaio insiste na relevância da historicidade do corpo-leitor que se conjuga com os suportes da escrita. Trata-se de pensar na história da leitura como história do corpo e considerar se a invenção da leitura silenciosa no Ocidente medieval não deve ser pensada como a produção de uma nova técnica do corpo. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ In recent years, historians have underlined the importance of the notion of support to a history of reading. This essay insists on the relevance of historicity of the reader-body which fuses into the supports of writing.
