SaberSerpro Space, a knowledge sharing and socialization environment linked to the Corporate University, is focused in this research. It also promotes knowledge creation in the organization. This is case study with qualitative and descriptive approach. The main proposition is to identify the organization profits from the produced knowledge by academic researches, conducted in 2009 at Serpro.
