Aimed to identify the sensations and feelings that crack users living on the streets have when using drugs. It is a qualitative, descriptive and exploratory research, having as subject the study of homeless people treated in one therapeutic community. The focus group was used as a method of data collection, which were subjected to thematic content analysis, according Bardin. Four focus groups were organized with 6-7 participants for group, a total of 26 participants. It was learned that during the consumption of crack, users have a sense of fear or panic, which lasts during the drugs wears. This feeling leads them to use other drugs in order to minimize or counteract this effect.
