The data has been collected in a public school in Goiânia, Goiás, with students from the 3rd year of Elementary School, and the study has its focus on the constitution of masculinities through a visual artifact: the soap opera “Rebeldes”. Qualitatively oriented, the investigation‟s theoretical referential underlies a poststructuralist perspective delineated by an ethnographic approach that uses interviews, field diary, focus groups and photographs as empirical material.
