The same is located in the Tipping Polygonal of the Architectural and Urbanistic Set of Goiás - GO and has remarkable relevance to the memory of the villabense community, as it housed several uses that marked the history of the city. The main objective of this work was to provide the building with a use that allies the villabense community with the academic community, due to the growth of this vocation in the city and to propose a rehabilitation intervention in the property, in order to make the necessary adjustments for the satisfaction of the buildings.
