The results were: Predominance on males, high incidence of cases under twenty years old - and country men. There was a high incidence of cases from the city of Goiânia - Goiás State as well from the rural área. The dog was the most common agent of disease transmition. There was predominance of multiple and deep lesions in the arms. The period of incubations was foríy to sixty days, with predominance of fever, hydrophoby and aerophoby as the first sigmptoms.
