The methodology used in this article was systematic literature reviewing. Therefore, the SMS (''Systematic Mapping Study''), also known as Scoping Studies or Scoping Review, was applied to this paper. In order to integrate the words: agricultural reuse, treatment and risks, were set a group of search strings. The electronic bases used were DOAJ, SCIELO, PubMED, Science Direct, Scopus and Web of Science, including articles from studies carried out in Brazil and abroad. The titles and abstracts of each bibliography were read when necessary to the complete publication. The highlight reuse techniques were Wetlands, UASB, reverse osmosis, stabilization ponds, sludge pyrolysis and membrane bioreactor.
