Brazil, as signatory of the Rules of Tokyo, must observe the application of minimum intervention of criminal law and have the deprivation of liberty as the last alternative, which is not happening in many projects of law that are ongoing. This reality is observed on the Draft Law 2214/2007 whose author is the Federal Deputy Laerte Bessa, which aims to enable the automatic suspension of conditional freedom on the assumption of imprisonment in flagrant violation by the commission of new bad faith crime during the conditional freedom.porAcesso AbertoLegisladorPuniçãoSegurança públicaLivramento condicionalLegislatorPunishmentPublic safetyConditional freedomO processo legislativo no Brasil em matéria penal e processual penal e sua dissonância com o texto constitucional: o caso específico do projeto de lei n. 2214/2007 na Câmara FederalThe brasilian legislative process in criminal law and criminal procedure law and Its contradiction with the constitutional text: the specific case of the draft law 2214/2007 in the house of representativesArtigo10.5216/rfd.v32i1.12123
