It also presents an analysis od the specific activities of Public Relations that can be unified to the tourism sector of activities in this search for sustainable development in this area. The interest of this research led by the desire to expand the work field of Public Relations professionals in this state. The research had as object of study, besides an exploratory bibliographic search, a case study in the city of Pirenópolis- GO. The study concluded that sustainable development in the state of Goiás is in the beginning, but in constant progress.
