The judiciary branch affects the lives of the population most directly, as it consists of a place in which issues that are part of the personal sphere of people's lives are judged. In view of this, the focus of this assignment is focused on the female representation in this Branch. Thus, this work aims on answering the following questions: Are public policies being put in place to transform this reality? Are women included in the judiciary branch? Why are women underrepresented in the deliberative bodies of the country? As a result, the spotlight is abaut the quality of the Democracy in Brazil.
