Resumo
The clinicai aspects of one patient
diagnosis with paracoccidioidomycosis,
presented with hyperergic
forni slow response to the conventional
chemotherapy with co-trimoxazol,
which association to corticosteroids
in supressive dosages,
change the response with disapearance
of nodes by rapid and intense
dermal lesions, improvement but
presenting skin, huperpigmentation
of that, on the hystopathologic aspects
besids the disappear anie of
parasites, shows the lower of the
signs of hypersensilility.
This new case shouws cleartly
the great importance of knowledge
of the immunitary state of the patient
before treatment of this disease.
