Resumo
The action of ivermectin (IVM) over Lagochilascharis minor eggs
was evaluated. Recently eliminated eggs (experíment l - action over non
embríonatted eggs) and 40 day culture eggs (experíment 2 - action over
embrionatted eggs) were used. In both experiments, the egg suspensions were
placed in a IVM 200 vig/1 in formaldehide 1% solution for 28 days, at room
temperature. An egg suspension kept in a 1% formaldehide sotution was used
as the control group. The evaluation of the IVM therapeutic efficacy was
carried out through the embriogenesis percentage and the infectivity test. We
have observed that the IVM 200 pg/1 ú» formaldehide 1% solution was
innefective against early stages Lagochilascharis minor eggs.
