Resumo
Thirty samples of honey produced in Goiânia.GQ and vicini1ies were analysed in relation to solids solubles, moisture, acidity in formic acid reducine sugars glucose. The search for falsification were based on LUND's reaction, the FIEHE test, Lueol tesl and the determination of the diastasics ferments. Only 30,77% of the samples analyzed were within the established by the legislation.
