Aplicação de boro em feijoeiro e aspectos microbiológicos do solo

Resumo

The bean is demanding in nutrients due to its small and shallow root system. Boron is an essential element for the development involved in various biological reactions and their absence can cause significant yield losses. Thus, the objective of this study was to investigate the effect of different doses of boron foliar in three phenological development stages of common bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) and also the microbiological characteristics of the soil in accordance with these dosages. The study was conducted between october 2013 and january 2014 in Exact Sciences and Technology University Colleges in Anapolis, Goias. Boron was applied as foliar application at three phenological stages Bean: V2 (7 days after emergence - DAE), R5 (42 DAE) and R7 (63 DAE). The experimental design was completely randomized with doses: 0, 100, 200, 300 and 400 g ha -1 of boron; with 3 replications per treatment with 1 pot with 2 plants each (total 15 vessels and 30 plants). Were collected at stages V2 and R7 for T1, T3 and T5 soil samples in the 0-0.10 m layer for performing microbiological analyzes of nitrogen and microbial biomass carbon, the total enzyme activity and soil basal respiration treatments. After harvesting measure of plant growth (Comp) were evaluated; root volume (Vol); number of grains/beans (ngrão); number of pods/plant (nvagem); Fresh and dry weight of plant and yield. The data obtained in the study were subjected to analysis of variance by F test and comparison of means (Tukey test) at a significance level of 5% test. There was no significant difference between the values of: Comp, nvagem, ngrão, for microbiological analyzes of the R7 stage and stage V2 for soil basal respiration. For productivity significant differences between treatments. Production at the dosage of 300 g ha -1 of boron was the largest with an average of 2.857,60 kg ha -1 .
