Se busca compreender de que forma la hermeneútica gadameriana puede contribuir para el entendimiento de la cuestión de la ineficacia social de los derechos humanos, cuando es observada sobre esta perspectiva de la negativa de vigencia del derecho a la vida por el Tribunal de Juri, en juicio a policías. La obra de Rodolfo Viana Pereira figura en el cento del debate, por en cuanto es a partir de ella que se situa la hermenaútica de Hans- Georg Gadamer, posibilitando, la indicación de los puntos de colaboración de tal hermeneútica para la elucidación del problema sub oculis.
This work seeks to understand how Gadamerian hermeneutics can contribute for understanding the social issue of ineffectiveness of Human Rights, when observed from the perspective of the negative effect of the right to life by the Court of Jury in trial of police officers. The work of Rodolfo Viana Pereira figure in center of the debate, because it is from her that lies to Hermeneutics Hans-Georg Gadamer, enabling the indication the points of collaboration of such Hermeneutics for the elucidation of the problem sub oculis.
