Resumo
This study it had as objective to investigate, under the optics of the
administration, the applied strategical management in the enterprises
of this nature, being kept its essential characteristics of cooperation,
solidarity and self management. One searched to identify a gestion
model capable to gain competitiveness, keeping characteristic of
solidarity and cooperation in solidary enterprises. The method of study
of case with analysis of a small organization was used - the Cooperative
of Familiar Agriculturists of Itapuranga, where if it investigated
practical of the principles and the values of the Enterprises of Solidary
Economy, as well as the model of adopted management and
organizacional structure. It was analyzed applicability of instruments
of strategical management in the small cooperatives and was
elaborated strategical map to contemplate the coherence enters the
formularization of the strategies, as much in the reach of the objectives
considered as in the professional growth of the cooperated ones. It was
concluded that instruments that make possible the adoption of the
strategical management in solidary enterprises contribute in
significant way for the one good analysis of the surrounding
organization and helping it in the development of cooperated and
organization, without necessarily depriving of characteristics the
enterprise as solidary.
