Estudio descriptivo y exploratorio con el objetivo de identificar Cursos de Graduación en Enfermería en Brasil
que tratan de la temática de grupo en el currículo y sus características. A través de los datos recolectados con los
profesores, que respondieron y devolvieron el cuestionario enviado, fue posible verificar que la enseñanza del tema
es poco explorada en las escuelas, siendo pocos los trazos comunes entre las instituciones en cuanto al contenido,
carga horaria y estrategias de enseñanza. Debido a la importancia de la temática y a la necesidad de preparar el
enfermero para el trabajo colectivo y la coordinación de grupos/equipo, recomiendan los autores la inserción del
contenido en la formación de este profesional.
It is about a descriptive and exploratory study with the objective of identifying Nursing Graduation Courses in Brazil that contemplate the group theme within the educational plan and its characteristics. From the data collected with Nursing Course professors in a form answered and sent back to the researchers, it has been possible to verify that teaching the group theme is little explored in the Schools, being few the common traces among the institutions regarding content, teaching hours and strategies. Due to the importance of this theme and the need of preparing the nurse for the collective work and the coordination of groups/teams, the authors recommend the insertion of this subject in the education of this professional.
