Resumo

lhe inclusion and permanence of students with disabilities in higher education is a challenge that requires from institutions a specific policy that considers all the dimensions of accessibility. This paper aims to present the writing process and the axes of the Accessibility Policy from Goiás Federal University. It is a qualitative and descriptive research, performed in a case study perspective. Descriptive with regard to steps and stages which established the writing base of the document, qualitative in the criticai approximation of its result. ln closing, the article points to the eight axes with various goals and actions that reflect the complexity of the relationships of people with disabilities in the space and life inside the university.
