Resumo

This work proposes an analysis about the conceptions of organizational communication adopted and practiced by two communication agencies in Goiânia. In this way, we intend to verify with which conception of organizational communication studied in the academic environment the adopted model corresponds. During the study, it was noticed that the concept of Organizational Communication followed the changes that took place in the world, especially with regard to the advent of new information and communication technologies. Therefore, to understand these changes over the years, this study starts from a systemic and linear conception for a new conception of Organizational Communication, complex and non-linear. In addition to bringing the theoretical discussion on the theme, this work also launches in the field research with the communication agencies with the completion of an in-depth interview with the representatives of these agencies to from their answers make a comparative analysis with what advocates the main authors that discuss the subject in the academic scope.
