Resumo
This monograph entitled “The intelectual production about special education on Special
Education Journal, from UFSM’s Education Center, on the period of 2010 to 2019”, had as
purpose to analyse the subjetcs and tendencies of the publications on Special Education
Journal, during the period from 2010 to 2019. Therefore, we aimed to identify the research’s
subjects most developed on the journal that help us to understand the intelectual production
and the special education problematic in Brazil. This is a bibliographic and document research,
performed mostly through the websites of UFMS, Education Center and Special Education
Journal. The informations collected on the Special Education Journal’s papers were organized
in a pie chart and in topics, where the subjects were developed and the percentage of the
published papers about each subject were punctuated. The subjects more published are
Teacher Training (16,4%), Inclusion (14,4%), Deafness (13,1%) and High capacities (10,0%).
