Resumo
This study is about knowledge sharing, while a step in the process of organizational knowledge creation at the Federal Service of Data Processing (SERPRO), an Information and Communication Technology (ICT) public organization, which provides technology services and solutions in information technology (IT) for public administration at the federal, state and municipal government levels. SaberSerpro Space, a knowledge sharing and socialization environment linked to the Corporate University, is focused in this research. It also promotes knowledge creation in the organization. This is case study with qualitative and descriptive approach. The main proposition is to identify the organization profits from the produced knowledge by academic researches, conducted in 2009 at Serpro. Thus, the study allowed the impacts identification caused by the knowledge socialization process at Space SaberSerpro
