Resumo
This work investigates the way in which the media imposes its standards of beauty, the dissemination of standards of beauty and strong through their advertisements , and so influence the design of beautiful body within society , and is the big question we really need all this , to live well ? , focusing on analysis of the cover of Playboy 2012 editions being evaluated , from January to December , so just set the parameters to compare between models , waist-hip ratio ( WHR ) relationship also waist - bust ( RCB ) , and waist circumference (WC ) , in order to also analyze the BMI of cover models , and to survey the way they expose themselves on magazine covers , the color of their hair and skin . the methodology is characterized as descriptive, so that is the reality in which we operate , by having a documentary analysis of documents , and also qualitative and quantitative , linked to by this group of individuals , and analyze such data . The research proved very satisfactory , it was noticeable through the data models of the cover of Playboy Magazine , the media preaches a standard body and such and followed by much of society 's Playboy cover models , the vast majority had blond , straight hair , white fur , and when was the ratio , BMI , RBQ , DC , RCB , it was possible to note the influence of the media because many had relatively similar patterns . The body today and seen much value , however often our health and set aside to follow these standards , and those we must fight , have an understanding of what is good and what's bad for humans , so noting the how the media influences our lives .
