Resumo
It is proposed, in this work, to initiate a
discussion and reflection on the process of
creation of the show Por Cima do Mar Eu
Vim, from the work of composition of the
character Maria, built through the
methodological and aesthetic approach
used by the artistic group Núcleo Coletivo
22. In this process, elements of popular
culture and Afro-Brazilian culture were of
extreme importance for the construction of
the character. In this article, some paths will
be presented that have enhanced this body
dramaturgy.
