dc.description.abstractThis study aims to understand how playing happens in non-formal early childhood education and to identify how playing in these educational spaces influences the development of children, considering that in the act of playing, the child relates to the world and to itself, building their playful culture, contributing directly to their development, non-formal teaching spaces enable play, exploring their imagination and skills, which contributes to social, psychological and physical development, thus, non-formal spaces are complementary to formal spaces of teaching, but with a different perspective. Methodology: to reflect on playing in non-formal early childhood education, the integrative literature review method was used, with the objective of systematically gathering and summarizing the scientific knowledge of the subject addressed here. The question that guided the research was ''how can playing in non-formal early childhood education contribute to the development of children?". The research was carried out in scientific journals in the area of ​​physical education and education. The selection of journals was made by qualis periodicals including national and international journals. After selecting the journals, articles were collected within the platforms, with the keywords: "play", "education", "non-formal", "children", "mediation" and "recreation". Then, the selection of articles took place following the steps: reading the title, reading the abstract, and finally reading the full text. Results: at the end of the research, 11 articles were included about playing in non-formal early childhood education and how it contributes to children's development. It was observed that playing in non-formal education contributes to the development of imagination, interaction, better fulfill the individual needs of each person, making their skills develop better, and the teacher's mediation is important because it is often differentiated from formal education environments, interferes directly in the teaching and learning of children, thus contributing to their development. Conclusion: playing in non-formal early childhood education contributes to the teaching and learning process of children and, consequently, is satisfactory for development.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoEsse estudo tem o objetivo de compreender como acontece o brincar na educação não formal e identificar como o brincar nesses espaços de educação influencia o desenvolvimento das crianças, tendo em vista que no ato de brincar, a criança se relaciona com o mundo e consigo mesma, construindo sua cultura lúdica, contribuindo diretamente para seu desenvolvimento, os espaços não formais de ensino possibilitam o brincar, explorando seu imaginário e habilidades, que contribui no desenvolvimento social, psicológico e físico, assim, os espaços não formais são complementares aos espaços formais de ensino, mas com uma perspectiva diferente. Metodologia: Para refletir sobre o brincar na educação infantil não formal, foi utilizado o método de revisão integrativa da literatura, com o objetivo de reunir e resumir, de maneira sistemática, o conhecimento científico da temática aqui abordada. A questão que norteou a pesquisa foi ‘’Como o brincar na educação infantil não formal pode contribuir para o desenvolvimento das crianças?”. A busca foi realizada por periódicos científicos da área da educação física e da educação. A seleção das revistas foi feita pelo Qualis periódicos, incluindo revistas nacionais e internacionais. Após a seleção das revistas, foram feitas as buscas dos artigos dentro das revistas, com as palavras chaves: brincar, educação não formal, crianças, mediação e recreação. Em seguida, aconteceu a seleção dos artigos seguindo as etapas: leitura do título, leitura do resumo, e por fim, leitura do texto completo. Resultados: Ao final das buscas foram incluídos 11 artigos sobre o brincar na educação não formal e como ele contribui para o desenvolvimento das crianças. Observou-se que o brincar na educação não formal contribui para o desenvolvimento da imaginação, interação, atende melhor às necessidades individuais de cada um, fazendo com que suas habilidades se desenvolvam melhor, sendo importante a mediação do professor por muitas vezes ser diferenciada dos demais ambientes de educação, interfere de maneira direta no ensino e aprendizado das crianças, contribuindo assim para o seu desenvolvimento. Conclusão: O brincar na educação não formal contribui no processo de ensino e aprendizado das crianças e consequentemente é satisfatório para o desenvolvimento infantil.pt_BR
