Resumo
This article aims to discuss the State reformation and the administrative reformation and its consequences for the social policies. The analysis focuses on the propositions presented and implemented during Fernando Henrique Cardoso’s mandates as the President of Brazil, investigating the relationships of these reformations and the propositions defended by new liberalism.
