Resumo
This article, the result of a doctorate research that
discusses the context of the city of Goias, it aims to seek the
evidence of representations in the music and dance of the ritual
of the Tapuios that integrate the festival of the Divine Holy Spirit
in the city of Goias, addressed under the representational focus.
The observations made in loco also prioritized a look at the guiding
principles of studies of complexity, in an approach that invests
in interlaced knowledge that understands the individual as an
inseparable term of the individual trinity/society/species. This
methodology justifies the representational approach, that is, the
need to understand man in his rational and passionate aspect, to
consider that the approach of his aspect of homo sapiens should
not happen apart from the approach of his aspect of homo demens.
Finally, the evidence indicates that the ritual can be seen as a form
of resistance of the excluded ones.
