Resumo

Master's degree thesis linked to the Psychosocial and Educational Processes research line of the Psychology Graduate Program of the Education College of the Federal University of Goiás (PPGP-UFG). We started from the following problem: "facing the demands of the productive world driven by Industry 4.0 in the context of the capital's structural crisis, which characteristics does the industrial pedagogical thought seeks to develop in the subjectivity of male and female workers, through which educational processes and for what purposes?”. We seek to understand the real and varied determinations of the object of this research, which is about the educational processes coined by industrial pedagogy for the conformation of the subjectivities of male and female workers to the logic of capital, in conditions of structural crisis and in the contextual cutout of Industry 4.0. In this scenario, we aim to identify and analyze how the industrial pedagogical thought conceives the educational processes mediated by Industry 4.0 and establishes mechanisms, devices, and values to conform the subjectivity of male and female workers to the new demands of the productive world. Through a bibliographic and documental research we present, based mainly on Marx, Lukács, and Gramsci and under the light of the materialist, historical, and dialectical theoretical-methodological conception of reality, what we call "Industrial Pedagogical Project of Brazil in Industry 4.0", the characteristics of what we call "Subjectivity 4.0" and the human type demanded by this configuration of the capital. About the Industrial Pedagogical Project of Brazil in Industry 4.0 - commanded and operated by the National Confederation of Industry (CNI) - , it indicates a pedagogy of work that is less and less linked to the intellectual-cognitive formation of workers and strongly directed to affective and emotional issues, but that is still the flexible work of the toyotist production pattern, its peculiarity lies in the emphasis on mechanisms, devices, and values that shift the focus from the senses mobilized in the production of active consent of individuals, to the a-semantic character of emotions that, ostensibly co-opted and mobilized, potentiate the control strategies of capital over work. Regarding to "Subjectivity 4.0," it refers to a subjectivity that is multi-accessible and automatically "actionable", via aroused emotions, dosed and/or nullified by technology. In relation to the human type forged by the Pedagogical Project of Brazilian industrialists in Industry 4.0, they are individuals whose ways of feeling, knowing, and living in the world are mediated by numerical equations, which, in turn, induce their behaviors, feelings, values, and thoughts
