Resumo

Dissertation developed during the Professional Masters in Teaching in Basic Education of the Postgraduate Program Stricto Sensu of the Center for Teaching and Research Applied to Education (CEPAE) of the Federal University of Goiás (UFG), between 2019 and 2022. The few scientific reviews about grapho-tactile materials are related to knowledge areas directed to elementary and high school students. Therefore, there is a repressed demand for studies and researches that indicate the relevance of grapho-tactile materials in preschool education. Thus, this project had as proposition to develop the prototyping of grapho-tactile games for 3D printers from traditional games adaptations, and as the research problem the following matter: Can grapho-tactile games contribute to the development of blind children apprenticeship and to the social relationships that blind children establish in preschool education of inclusive schools? The research’s main goal was to develop the prototyping of grapho-tactile games for 3D printers from traditional games adaptations and, after the printing, to analyse their contribution to the development of blind children apprenticeship in preschool education and to the interpersonal relationships between blind children and children with no visual impairment, which is the educational product of this dissertation, entitled: Digital files for the production of grapho-tactile games in polylactic acid (pla) and in medium density fiberboard (mdf) intended for early childhood education.The researches, analysis and discussions had theoretical contribution from David Rodrigues, Brougère, Huizinga, Kishimoto e Vygotsky literary works. This is an educational action-research that relied on the participation of six professors which have experience in pedagogical treatment with blind children; three blind children and four children with no visual impairment; and three blind child’s mothers which are responsible for the attendant children. The research’s initial results indicated the requirement of some initial modifications in the analysed grapho-tactile games to ensure the children’s safety, and also some changes to increase their pedagogic potential. The initial results also revealed that with the suggested modifications, the grapho-tactile games will be of great value for the apprenticeship and social interaction of four to five year old children in preeschool.
