Resumo

This dissertation proposes a reflection on the relationship between educommunication, teacher education and citizenship. The research questions whether an educommunication practice can be used as a pedagogical resource to reflect how the use of fanzine would be specifically. After that there is the investigation of what terms and what results can be achieved when the fanzine is used in the teacher education course. From this, the general objective is to make an analysis and to understand the potentialities of an educommunicative practice in the perspective of teacher education with a view to the promotion of citizenship. Authors are predominantly referenced in Latin America to build the theoretical network that supports the understanding of the central concepts of research: educommunication, communication, education, teacher training, teaching strategies and citizenship. It is assumed that a qualitative research based on the "case study" type of research to investigate how the fanzine, seen as an educommunication practice, is used in the classroom in the mediation of processes of emancipation and autonomy of students. The interviews and documentary analysis were used as techniques for the collection of the case study; The transcription of the interview, the fanzines produced by students and the Political-Pedagogical Project of the Pedagogical Course (PPC) were analyzed, thus generating a triangulation of data. The main results and conclusions reached through theoretical and empirical research were synthesized from five terms necessary for the fanzine to be able to mediate the processes of emancipation and autonomy of subjects. These terms are: 1) "fanzine as a tool of a critical conception of education"; 2) "fanzine as a form of expression"; 3) "communication and education connected by citizenship"; 4) "fanzine as educommunicative practice"; 5) "hope".
