The historiographical development of this objective will be effected through an analysis of institutional practices from the center of power (National State) to the regional government of the State of Goiás, practices perceived through the journals Cultura Política (Rio de Janeiro) and Oeste (Goiânia ) and mediated with emphasis on a study of intellectual history focusing on institutional action of Paulo Augusto de Figueiredo.
