For this, we present some concepts and ideas about the image and the visuals with the studies of Visual Culture, contaminating the subject endowed with experiences and perceptions. The methodological development will be carried out by means of the iconographic analysis of representations of the body of performance artists, from the observation of their records/files (photographs and videos) of the artists Bas Jan Ader and Gina Pane, to later write new poetic essays and visual effects. We approached some images generated during some wars and we problematized some visualities of the pain.
