Therefore, this research started from the following problem: What were the results regarding the effectiveness, efficiency and effectiveness presented by the management shared between the public and the private in the management of the Technological Institutes of the State of Goiás (ITEGOS)? To this end, we sought to evaluate the reports of the activities of the Social Organizations IBRACEDS, FAESPE, REGER, CEGECON and CENTEDUC in the management of ITEGOS in the years 2017, 2018 and 2019, as well as the announcements of courses offered in the year 2019, the single year already closed in which all OSs were active and with data available on the transparency portal.
