The Semantic Web is an extension of current a web that will enable computers and humans to work in cooperation. However, in order to Web 3.0 becomes a web reality it requires to implement applications that provide their data structured according to the Semantic Web standards. In this dissertation we developed a Collaborative Learning Environment that takes advantage of the Semantic Web, and it favors the process of teaching and learning.
